Place Management Group, our in-house property management team, enables us to be a more active and accountable participant in the operations and management of student and military housing facilities for our customers and for our investment partners. Our goal is to always provide the finest housing management services available and assist our clients with their housing management both through the active on-site staff of Place Management Group and through our WebRoomz affiliate.
Our experience has taught us that today’s residents require much more from their housing than their predecessors. Place Management understands the core principals of management are the promotion of safety and security while maintaining cleanliness and affordability. Place Management is also focused on the essential area of facilities management. This important function has a profound impact on resident relations as well as the long-term financial condition of the property. Appearance of the facility and timely response to resident maintenance requests are two factors that not only attract residents, but keep them. The Place Management team maintains all facilities at the highest levels of operational codes, including OSHA, BOCA, NEC and IREM.
