As Executive Vice President of Management, Peggy is responsible for all national management services for Place Properties.
With over 29 years of experience in multi-family residential property management, Peggy has expertise in operations, apartment development, revenue management, human resources, and marketing.
Most recently, Peggy was Executive Vice President and National Director of Operations for AMLI Residential Properties.  In addition to overseeing the national management for their 30,000 multifamily units, Peggy directly interfaced with their Design and Construction teams to determine feasibility, financial modeling, product selection and effective lease-up of newly developed communities.
Prior to AMLI, Peggy was the Divisional Vice President with Trammel Crow Residential, located in Dallas, Texas.
