Compliance

Built to Local Code
Without Exception.

State-level inspection and certification ensure every module complies fully with local construction codes before the module ever leaves the factory.

Compliance Explained

With modular construction, each state certifies both the modular assembly plant and the full set of construction drawings prior to production. In addition, as modules proceed down the assembly line, the state also conducts inspections at each of assembly. Upon completion, every module is formally certified by the state as compliant with the applicable building code.

Permanent Housing

Because state inspectors oversee and certify code compliance during manufacturing, their approval preempts traditional local inspections related to structural code compliance. As a result, modular projects avoid most of the delays commonly caused by sequential inspections of traditional on-site construction.

The outcome is a system that delivers permanent, code-compliant housing with greater certainty, fewer interruptions, and a clearer path from design to delivery. Code compliance is not an obstacle. Compliance is built into the process itself.
