Successful modular construction requires manufactoring, transport, installation, and site-work to be coordinated.
Built Faster by Design
Successful delivery of modules requires four elements working in sequence - manufacturing, transportation, crane set / on-site integration, and site work, including the foundation. If these distinct elements were managed independently, projects could face delays, cost overruns, and misalignment. As a vertically integrated, one-stop provider of modular housing, Place Properties eliminates this risk.

Constructed With Precision
The process begins with manufacturing. Housing modules are built indoors in a controlled assembly-line environment, allowing for precision, repeatability, and consistent quality. While modules are being produced, utilities and site infrastructure are prepared simultaneously.
From Factory to Front Door
After delivery to the site, the modules are joined together, permanently secured to the foundation, and integrated with onsite systems. Because nearly all of the modular construction is completed before arrival to the site, this phase occurs rapidly, reducing on-site disruption and compressing overall timelines. A single-family home is usually set on it’s foundation in one day.
